IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its Talent Acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This fully remote position offers the chance to develop end‑to‑end recruitment skills while supporting a global tech company that works with leading innovators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
