Interpreter Recruitment & Compliance Manager

About the role

Into Languages Global is seeking a highly driven professional to lead the interpreter talent pipeline. This role blends talent acquisition expertise with a strong operational and project‑management mindset, ensuring a compliant, reliable, and ready interpreter workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full interpreter recruitment cycle from sourcing to activation.
• Maintain real‑time visibility of pipeline status, interview progress, and onboarding bottlenecks.
• Track and enforce compliance requirements, credential validity, and interpreter readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure accurate interpreter files.
• Generate regular reports and drive continuous process improvements.
• Work across CRM platforms, operational trackers, and reporting tools to bring order and accountability.

Required profile

• Strong experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Solid exposure to project management, operations, or process coordination.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow‑through abilities.
• Proactive, self‑starting mindset with excellent judgment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, able to operate professionally in both languages.
