Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding of B2B clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the transformation of their procurement and financial processes and ensuring a smooth transition to a live, operational platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact from kickoff to Go‑Live.
• Conduct discovery workshops to capture client processes and translate requirements into customized workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints to enable client self‑service.
• Create structured enablement assets such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video tutorials.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and scope.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling business metrics and data.
• Comfortable guiding corporate clients through change and process transformation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and analysis.
• Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration techniques.
• Data mapping, migration, and validation expertise.
