Human Resources Director – LATAM (6‑month consulting)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to join us on a six‑month consulting basis, supporting our Latin America employee population. The role will combine hands‑on employee‑relations leadership with strategic HR partnership to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employee relations across Latin America, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with company policies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on complex HR matters and risk mitigation.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable HR processes tailored to regional needs.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and engagement.
• Build and enhance HR programs that support a growing and diverse employee population.
• Drive consistency between regional practices and global HR strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership within Latin America.
• Strong expertise in employee relations across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to create and improve HR processes and programs.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Biotech sectors is a plus.
