HR Generalist (On‑Site – Quito)

About the role
The HR Generalist will support the operations team by handling a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks. You will be expected to quickly learn new technologies and use the company’s software and applications efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with potential vendors via call, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly using internal tools.
- Serve as the point person for office generalist duties, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics, and coordination.
- Adapt to additional duties outside the core specification as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent use of computers, mobile devices, and software applications.
- Near‑native English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong time‑management, prioritisation, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Technology‑savvy and comfortable exploring new tools.
- Full‑time availability (Mon‑Fri, 9 AM‑6 PM) and on‑site commute capability.
- Residence in Quito, Ecuador.
