Freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist – Remote (Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist to support global engineering and construction projects. You will create and coordinate high‑quality plumbing system models in Revit, working remotely with multidisciplinary teams and adhering to client BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed plumbing models (domestic water, sanitary and storm drainage) in Revit up to LOD 350.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and BIM coordinators to ensure model accuracy.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection, using Navisworks when required.
• Support conceptual design and BIM‑assist tasks for project delivery.
• Maintain model documentation and follow project BIM execution plans.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of Revit experience on BIM projects.
• Proven experience as a Plumbing BIM Designer/Modeler.
• Upper‑intermediate English and immediate availability.
• Own computer/laptop for remote work.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit modeling.
• Navisworks (for clash detection).
• Dynamo and Python applied to BIM workflows.
