Freelance Mechanical BIM Specialist – Global Projects

About the role

You will work on real Mechanical BIM projects, developing and coordinating high‑quality BIM models for global engineering and construction assignments. Using Revit, you will create mechanical systems models, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery aligns with client requirements and BIM standards in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical systems models in Revit, including HVAC, ductwork, piping, sheet metal, and equipment.
• Maintain BIM models at LOD 350 and ensure compliance with project BIM standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection, using Navisworks where applicable.
• Support model refinement with Dynamo or Python scripts as needed.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Revit on BIM projects.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and proven experience as a Mechanical BIM Designer/Modeler.
• Upper‑intermediate English (daily communication).
• Immediate availability and own computer/laptop.
