Field Sales Representative – Multiple Cities

About the role

We are looking for proactive, charismatic field sales promoters to represent our confectionery brand across several Ecuadorian cities. The role involves engaging directly with consumers in traditional and modern retail outlets, showcasing products, and driving immediate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product tastings and direct consumer approaches to accelerate product rotation and meet sales targets.
• Ensure strategic product placement, set up POP materials, maintain shelf cleanliness and order, and manage inventory using FIFO principles.
• Prepare and submit daily reports covering sales figures, inventory status, route updates and competitor observations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of solid field sales experience in fast‑moving consumer goods, preferably confectionery.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial routes and retail channels in the assigned city/zone.
• Willingness to travel between multiple coverage areas and points of sale.
• Technical or professional education background.
• Age between 23 and 48 years, fluent Spanish.
