Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level searches for its global client base. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and place top executive talent that drives strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles across multiple industries.
• Manage the full offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring alignment between client and candidate expectations.
• Proactively source high‑caliber candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
