Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the search for senior‑level talent for its global client base. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while partnering with top‑tier companies in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring alignment between client and candidate expectations.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Broad knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
