About the role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President & Founder of a US‑based boutique advisory firm. The role is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Latin America. You will work closely with the Founder, who operates across multiple time zones and maintains a high‑profile public presence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s inbox, triage emails, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow‑up, especially during travel or unavailability.
- Maintain a complex, multi‑time‑zone calendar, protect focus time, and coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and event hosts.
- Arrange travel, conference, and speaking‑engagement logistics, including itineraries and material preparation.
- Track key contacts, support relationship follow‑up, and assist with outreach to prospective partners.
- Monitor LinkedIn activity, suggest engagement content, and flag relevant industry publications for visibility.
- Conduct targeted research and prepare concise briefing materials for meetings and opportunities.
Required profile
- Resident of Latin America with fluent English written communication.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgment independently.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of replicating the Founder’s voice.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and managing high‑stakes schedules.
