Europe Concierge – Luxury Travel Specialist

About the role

UJV is seeking a proactive Europe Concierge to join its growing team of luxury travel experts. In this role you will support Europe Destination Specialists and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless, high‑end travel experiences from initial planning through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build itineraries to UJV Europe standards, provide pre‑booking details (guides, packing lists, visa information) and serve as the main client contact after booking.
• Coordinate personalized travel arrangements such as excursions, transfers, dining, spa treatments, and other itinerary specializations.
• Perform multiple quality checks on flights, accommodations, and transfers to guarantee accuracy and a smooth guest experience.
• Prepare and deliver final travel documents to clients or advisors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date travel guides, vendor databases, and related resources.
• Handle client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of luxury travel experience with strong knowledge of the European tourism landscape.
• Native‑level English fluency, both written and spoken, with excellent email etiquette.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and passion for managing intricate bookings.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Experience using reservation management systems.
