Engineer - Digital Insights

About the role

We are seeking an Engineer – Digital Insights to join our fast‑growing digital product engineering team. The role focuses on supporting Hootsuite and Talkwalker clients by implementing, configuring and training on the platforms, helping customers unlock social listening insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for platform onboarding and configuration based on client requirements.
• Set up and customize Hootsuite and Talkwalker dashboards, queries, filters and other features.
• Deliver training sessions during deployment to ensure client teams can use the tools effectively.
• Assist clients with social listening initiatives as directed by Talkwalker guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve platform usage.

Required profile

• Marketing degree or equivalent background.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer‑care orientation with expert‑level service skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Hootsuite platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Talkwalker platform.
