Email Platform Migration Specialist

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a hands‑on Email Platform Migration Specialist to lead end‑to‑end migrations of email and SMS systems for its clients. The role involves moving clients from a variety of ESPs to Klaviyo, handling technical setup, data migration, and deliverability configuration while ensuring a smooth transition.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery, technical build, QA, go‑live to post‑migration hand‑off.
• Conduct client kick‑offs, define migration timelines, and manage stakeholder communication.
• Configure DNS, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records and set up domain authentication.
• Build integrations, resolve identity mapping, and migrate contact lists and automation flows.
• Perform testing, cut‑over sequencing, and provide documentation and training to client teams.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Independent contractor mindset with ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with complex technical environments.

Required skills

• Experience with email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Drip and Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of DNS, DKIM, SPF and DMARC configuration.
• Proficiency in data migration, integration architecture, and automation workflow design.
