Data Analyst

About the role

PayJoy is seeking a Data Analyst who blends data analysis, CRM administration, and low‑code automation. You will turn scattered data into actionable insights and streamline manual workflows for commercial, operations, and fraud teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial team to translate reporting needs into dashboards, KPIs, and insights using SQL and Python.
• Serve as the primary contact for cross‑functional stakeholders requesting data analysis or process automation.
• Manage and optimize Zoho CRM modules, custom fields, workflows, assignment rules, and data quality.
• Clean, validate, and normalize merchant and customer data (names, phone numbers, emails, geolocation).
• Present findings and recommendations to commercial leadership in clear, actionable formats.
• Perform additional duties as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or CRM administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable with ambiguous data.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑to‑advanced SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery or similar).
• Basic Python scripting.
• Zoho CRM administration (or similar platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Advanced Google Sheets and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Data cleaning and normalization techniques.
