About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer focused on the Latin American market to join Mercor’s remote support team. In this role you will help talent navigate our platform, resolve technical issues, and ensure a smooth application experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to support requests from Mercor’s talent pool, addressing questions and issues related to role applications.
- Investigate and triage reported problems by examining telemetry data, inspecting network requests, writing database queries, and troubleshooting browser issues.
- Consolidate insights from support tickets and recommend product improvements.
- Create and maintain talent‑facing documentation to address common queries.
- Communicate solutions in clear, near‑perfect English while maintaining a positive attitude.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience supporting customers on modern web applications.
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience building web apps.
- Experience with SaaS‑based products and support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk or Crisp.
Required skills
- Debugging web applications.
- React, Node.js, Flask, Next.js.
- SQL/database querying.
- Use of support ticket systems (Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, Crisp).

- Contract position with annual compensation between $40,000 and $50,000.
