About the role

We are looking for a Customer Partner to join Kyndryl’s account management team. In this role you will build and deepen relationships with senior executives, drive account growth, and ensure profitability of our largest customers.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and retain existing business.
Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Collaborate with sales, solution and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Manage the account P&L, monitor renewal health and minimize erosion.
Act as the trusted advisor, providing industry best‑practice insights and innovative recommendations.

Required profile

Proven experience in account management or sales within the technology/IT services sector.
Strong ability to engage C‑level executives and influence decision‑making.
Track record of achieving growth targets and managing large, strategic accounts.
High integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance.
