About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth of our innovative Sports AI SaaS platform. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified meetings with sports clubs and decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume cold calling and cold email outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting.
- Book demos and discovery calls with sports club owners and managers.
- Engage with sports communities on forums, social media groups, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
- Execute LinkedIn and multichannel outreach campaigns.
- Support lead nurturing and sales development efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimise outreach strategies and messaging.
Required profile
- 1–3+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales professional.
- English proficiency at C1–C2 level (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow‑up, organisational and resilience skills.
- Passion for sports and understanding of fan/club dynamics (sports‑industry experience is a plus).
