Behavioral Health Coach – Telehealth (Freelance)

About the role

Intellect is seeking a Behavioral Health Coach to join its telehealth platform. You will conduct 30‑minute video sessions that help clients improve mental well‑being, manage stress, and achieve personal or professional goals. The position is fully remote and freelance, allowing you to set your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one telehealth coaching for non‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Support clients in reaching personal, career, or relationship objectives.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to refine platform content and programs.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master’s/Post‑graduate diploma in Counseling.
• Minimum 200 coaching hours (ICF) or 300 post‑graduation clinical hours (Counsellor).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Preferred experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counseling, or managerial coaching.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based coaching approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy.
