About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support food production and service for our industrial clients. The role is part of a dynamic culinary team that serves airport and airline catering operations across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and schedules.
- Review and serve prepared meals to industrial customers, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety practices in line with HACCP requirements.
- Support kitchen staff with cleaning, inventory checks, and equipment handling.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
- Committed to delivering excellent service and adhering to quality standards.
- Willing to learn and follow established culinary procedures.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
