AWS DevOps Engineer (2-3 month contract) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our client’s team for a 2‑3 month remote engagement covering Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers, delivering cloud‑native solutions and automating delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage AWS infrastructure using services such as EKS, ECS and RDS.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform, including modules and workspaces.
• Build, optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
• Implement GitOps and continuous deployment practices.
• Automate configuration management with Ansible or similar tools.
• Set up monitoring and observability using Prometheus, ELK stack or equivalent.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience working on large, complex systems in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) remotely.
