Agentic Software Engineer (Cursor) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in the Cursor development environment to join its talent network. You will work remotely from Latin America, integrating directly into U.S. client teams to deliver AI‑accelerated, production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with client designers and engineers on multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Use Cursor to coordinate AI‑driven implementation across large, multi‑file codebases.
• Design and execute AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Perform disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews and risk‑adjusted validation for critical features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain lean development practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, etc.).
• Extensive experience using Cursor as the primary development environment.
• Proven track record delivering production software where AI generates most implementation code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills to produce reliable, AI‑friendly specifications.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with a positive, can‑do attitude.
