Agentic Ruby on Rails Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing development cycles.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful web services and API integrations.
• Write clean, performant Ruby on Rails code and manage PostgreSQL databases.
• Leverage AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to accelerate development.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure continuous integration and delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
