Agentic .NET Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic .NET Engineer to join client teams on remote, project‑based assignments across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and deliver high‑quality code.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to generate, review, and refine code.
• Orchestrate AI‑assisted workflows, validating model‑produced code and integrating it into larger systems.
• Develop and maintain code agents that automate software engineering tasks.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to library development as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with .NET development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
