Agentic .NET Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic .NET Engineer to join client teams on remote, project‑based assignments across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to deliver high‑quality code for complex systems.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to accelerate coding tasks.
• Prompt, guide, review, and validate AI‑generated code, ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Develop and integrate code agents that automate software engineering workflows.
• Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Work with database management systems and cloud platforms.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to large, complex codebases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with .NET development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
