About the role

As an Account Partner for Uber Eats SMB restaurant partners, you will act as the primary advisor to help restaurants unlock the full potential of the platform. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment where building long‑term partnerships directly impacts local businesses and Uber’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow long‑term partnerships with SMB restaurant partners, focusing on mutual success.
• Manage partner portfolios with urgency, using data‑driven insights to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Navigate ambiguity, resolve merchant issues, and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.
• Adapt strategies to market dynamics, influencing adoption of new features, marketing products, and services.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to share market knowledge and shape regional strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, operations, sales, or other customer‑facing functions.
• Proven ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and secure commitments.
• Comfort operating in high‑ambiguity environments and pivoting quickly.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Fluency in the local market language and professional proficiency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
