Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, guiding applicants through each step of the hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, maintaining engagement and providing clear updates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit for open roles.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring seamless interaction between candidates and hiring managers.
• Collect and relay comprehensive candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of candidate data.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
