About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. In this fully remote position you will identify and attract senior‑level talent for both internal needs and client organizations, helping to build high‑impact leadership teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to source executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to continuously source qualified talent.
• Stay informed on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
