About the role
Mercur connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support our talent pool in Latin America, helping users navigate our platform and resolve technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to support requests from talent applying for roles on the platform.
- Investigate and triage issues by analyzing telemetry data, inspecting network requests, and writing database queries.
- Troubleshoot common browser problems and other web‑application bugs.
- Consolidate insights, recommend product improvements, and create documentation for frequent questions.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic tone while communicating in near‑perfect English.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience supporting customers on modern web applications.
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS‑based products and remote support environments.
Required skills
- Debugging web applications.
- React, Node.js, Flask, Next.js.
- SQL query writing.
- Support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp.
