Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process while representing the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to assess general suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
