Talent Acquisition Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and guide applicants through our hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online information to determine general fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to assess qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
