System Platform/WonderWare Support – HMI & RTU

About the role

We are seeking a System Platform/WonderWare Support Specialist to ensure reliable, real‑time operation of HMI and RTU systems within critical pipeline infrastructure. The role is hybrid, based in Cumbayá, Quito, and involves close collaboration with control‑room and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide live support and troubleshooting for WonderWare platforms, HMI configurations, and RTU/PLC communications.
• Manage tags, alarms, and data integrity across SCADA environments.
• Handle field communications using Modbus, DNP3, and OPC protocols.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, ticket resolution, and system performance improvements.
• Monitor OT network health and ensure system stability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial control systems, preferably in pipeline or utility environments.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with SCADA platforms.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
