SEO and AEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a strategic SEO & AEO Specialist to boost organic visibility for our clients' digital assets. This remote, full‑time position focuses on sustainable growth, content collaboration, and technical excellence without any paid‑search responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research targeting organic, long‑tail, and intent‑aligned opportunities.
• Design and implement ethical backlink strategies that prioritize authority and relevance.
• Monitor organic rankings, technical SEO health, and AI‑driven discoverability.
• Stay updated on evolving SEO and AEO best practices, including semantic search and AI‑generated results.
• Partner with content, strategy, and development teams to embed SEO best practices into websites and digital assets.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication (C1/C2 level or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in technical SEO and organic search strategy.
• Strong knowledge of schema markup, indexing, crawlability, and site architecture.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search optimization and emerging trends.
• Experience working with WordPress is preferred.
