Senior Software Engineer (React Native) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specialized in React Native to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Lead engineering efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, native modules, and complex backend services.
• Manage mobile deployment workflows, including App Store Connect and Google Play Console submissions.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Identify and resolve performance, architecture, and scalability issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year college degree) in a related field.
• Proven expertise in React Native mobile development.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization for iOS and Android.
• Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Familiarity with other hybrid frameworks such as Flutter or Ionic (preferred).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and large, complex systems.
