About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead strategic partnerships and business development for a fast‑growing travel‑tech platform. This fully remote, full‑time contractor role focuses on expanding our marketplace of ground transportation services worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups and technology partners.
- Present and sell the company’s solutions with clear value propositions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Identify high‑potential accounts, conduct outreach and keep opportunities moving.
- Represent the company at global industry events to generate leads and secure partnerships.
- Develop account plans, conduct regular reviews and track performance against revenue targets.
- Co‑design partner marketing initiatives and use data dashboards to prioritize opportunities.
Required profile
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
- Proven track record of closing commercial agreements with travel‑industry partners.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German) are a plus.
- Self‑starter able to work independently on a contractor basis.
- Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
