Remote LLM Engineer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. As an LLM Engineer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and design coding challenges that help improve large language model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies in AI‑generated output using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance future AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.

• Hourly rate up to $34 USD/hr with performance incentives (~7.5% extra).
