Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
