Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a fully remote AI training program focused on reviewing and improving AI‑generated code. The position is project‑based, asynchronous and open to engineers across Latin America who want to apply their coding expertise to help train next‑generation AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code snippets for correctness, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to evaluate AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
