Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate model responses, and create coding challenges that help improve AI performance. The work is fully asynchronous and project‑based, ideal for software engineers looking for flexible, remote engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
