Regional Sales Manager – FMCG (Dairy Products)

About the role

NDH Nepali Masala is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the dairy product portfolio across multiple provinces in Nepal. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing distributor and retailer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets for dairy products.
• Lead, mentor and manage the regional sales team to boost productivity and performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the dairy sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to spot growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and product positioning.
• Ensure effective distribution and product availability across the assigned territory.
• Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in sales reporting and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned provinces.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with sales management software or CRM tools is preferred.
