Program Driver / Lead Coach – Technical Learning Paths

About the role

We are seeking a Program Driver / Lead Coach to own and operate our Technical Learning Paths at ENG, a leading BIM services provider. The role will design, coordinate and deliver a structured training experience for MEP and specialty trades, ensuring trainees gain practical, up‑to‑date BIM skills.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw technical content into a clear, sequenced learning journey.
• Maintain training materials in tools such as SharePoint.
• Manage the weekly program rhythm, including cohort scheduling, check‑ins and follow‑ups.
• Deliver training sessions and coach trainees on general BIM topics.
• Coordinate MEP trade coaches, specialty mentors, and subject‑matter experts.
• Keep the curriculum aligned with current workflows, software updates and process changes.
• Support program setup in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Deel, Engage).

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in VDC/BIM.
• Strong understanding of Revit, Navisworks, coordination workflows and multi‑trade collaboration.
• Proven facilitation, coaching and training delivery abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to structure content into curricula and coordinate experts, coaches and trainees.
