Paid Media Strategist

About the role

The Paid Media Strategist will own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working autonomously, you will align media tactics with broader business objectives and collaborate closely with account leadership to shape strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid search campaigns across clients of various sizes and industries, handling daily optimizations and strategic adjustments.
• Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and perform bid optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Own reporting, performance analysis, and the creation of actionable insight‑driven plans.
• Communicate results and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Collaborate with account leadership to evolve media mix strategy and integrate paid media with other marketing channels.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong business orientation, able to tie media efforts to client revenue and growth targets.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
