Legal Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will work closely with product and domain experts to ensure contracts and legal processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to optimize outcomes while managing risk.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and perform due‑diligence for corporate matters, including M&A.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal‑focused applications, managing multi‑turn conversational flows.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and enhance legal tools and applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience across diverse legal domains.
• Demonstrated ability in case analysis, risk assessment, and due‑diligence.
• Hands‑on experience supporting litigation and dispute resolution.
