Junior Sales Setter

About the role

MEDLIFE is looking for a Junior Sales Setter to help expand its mission by generating and qualifying leads, engaging volunteers, and supporting outreach activities across Latin America. This entry‑level position blends sales, communication, and volunteer coordination in a hybrid, cross‑cultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and prospect leads through social‑media outreach, profile analysis and direct messaging.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach (calls, video calls, emails, texts) to nurture relationships.
• Lead info sessions, presentations and webinars to recruit volunteers and student leaders.
• Provide consistent follow‑up to keep leads engaged across marketing channels.
• Mentor student leaders and support volunteers during service‑learning trips.
• Collaborate remotely with teams in Peru, Guatemala, Ecuador and Costa Rica, adapting to fast‑paced priorities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, International Development, Global Health or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Native‑level English proficiency (validated by a certified institution).
• Experience in public speaking, youth work and volunteer management.
• Cultural sensitivity to international development issues.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Residency in Peru or willingness to spend periods in Peru during service‑learning trips.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (any platform).
