About the role
The company is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support HR operations for a remote workforce. You will handle records, recruitment logistics, onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee communications while ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruiting schedules and interview logistics.
- Assist with onboarding and training administration.
- Support payroll preparation and contractor coordination.
- Handle employee communications and administrative requests.
- Track workforce data, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
- Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Ensure accurate data management across HR systems.
- Assist leadership with HR projects and operational support.
- Create recruitment postings and social media content.
Required profile
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative abilities.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- HR or administrative experience preferred.
