Financial Planning Product Manager – Tour Operator

About the role

Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a Financial Planning Product Manager to join its Quito office. You will support the creation and maintenance of tour packages while ensuring accurate financial planning and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistic support and maintain created tours.
• Handle and monitor the financial budget for tours.
• Regularly update P&L forecasts for improved financial planning.
• Audit and maintain the contract database.
• Support the contracting director with documentation.
• Maintain internal databases and communicate daily with regional offices and other teams.
• Audit marketing materials.

Required profile

• Fluent in professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self‑starter who respects deadlines, prioritises tasks and pays attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
