About the role

Join BairesDev’s Executive Search team as a remote Executive Recruiter. You will partner with internal hiring managers and external clients to identify and attract senior‑level talent for high‑impact technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage offer negotiations and coordinate placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified candidates.
• Stay current on market trends to refine recruitment tactics.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
