Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a diverse, top‑tier talent pool while coordinating complex itineraries across multiple time zones and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and related services within budget constraints.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Proficient English communication skills.
