About the role
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is a key member of the executive team, responsible for the overall efficiency of corporate administration, human resources, governance, and organizational development. The role supports the CEO and Board in executing strategy and ensures a solid operational foundation for growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve the company’s administrative management framework.
- Develop and enforce internal corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversee Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, Facilities Management, and Corporate Services.
- Shape the organizational structure, talent development systems, and corporate culture.
- Lead governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist the CEO and Board in strategic execution and resource allocation.
- Manage corporate budgeting, operating costs, and performance management systems.
- Direct major internal projects and cross‑departmental coordination.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Law or related field.
- 20+ years of professional experience, including senior corporate management.
- Previous experience as CAO, COO, Executive President, VP, or Head of HR in large enterprises or technology firms.
- Proven ability to drive strategic execution, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Deep knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, international environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Annual salary $200,000 – $500,000.
