About the role

We create high‑quality STEM training data for cutting‑edge AI models. As a Chemistry Expert‑AI Trainer you will design deterministic chemistry problems that test modern AI systems’ reasoning, domain knowledge, and computational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Design challenging, real‑world chemistry problems with a single verifiable answer.
• Develop deterministic tasks that require deep chemical reasoning and numerical computation.
• Implement problem generation and solution verification using Python and relevant chemistry software.
• Document all tasks clearly, ensuring reproducibility and technical precision.
• Write concise English explanations for each solution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
• Research or industry experience with computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce rigorous technical documentation.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Scientific Python libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy).
• Familiarity with computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or molecular modeling tools.
